Terms of Service for CountTopPro

1. Introduction
Welcome to CountTopPro. These terms govern all interactions with our team and use of our offerings.
2. Services
CountTopPro provides expert bookkeeping, tax preparation, auditing, and payroll support. Each engagement is customized to meet professional standards.
2.1 Scheduling and Modifications
- Clients may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations submitted fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a service charge.
2.2 Refunds for Services
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date. Approved fees will be reimbursed via the method of original payment within 14 business days. Clients may also request to transfer their engagement to a future date by contacting our team. Custom advisory projects are exempt from refunds due to the tailored work involved, ensuring fair allocation of our professionals’ time.
3. Digital Products
CountTopPro offers digital materials such as guides and training modules.
3.1 Access and Delivery
Digital products are delivered via secure download or user portal.
3.2 Refunds for Digital Products
To qualify for a refund, a request must be made within 14 days of download, and no more than 30% of the content may have been accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days as a credit to the original payment channel. After this period or if access exceeds the threshold, refunds are unavailable.
4. Physical Goods
CountTopPro offers printed materials and branded items.
4.1 Orders and Delivery
Goods are shipped to the address provided at purchase. Standard postal terms apply.
4.2 Refunds and Replacements for Goods
If delivered items arrive with defects, notify us within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund of the product price, excluding shipping fees. Items for sending back must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for replacements are not covered by CountTopPro.
